The Addium-METER Foundation awarded $2,500 to Palouse Habitat for Humanity to buy roof trusses for the Namauu family’s future home in Pullman.

The grant helps offset rising material costs—marking a key step in building a safe, affordable home.

WSU researchers made tiny processors and 3D printed antenna arrays — built with copper nanoparticle ink that stays strong when bent or in wet and hot conditions — that may soon help create wearable wireless systems for cars, planes and spacecraft.

The work is funded by the Air Force Research Laboratory, Washington Research Foundation and M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust Foundation.
