- ➤ Drivers in Washington are paying high gas prices at $4.33 per gallon—state taxes and Climate Commitment Act fees add over $1 to the cost. Stations have begun buying a cheaper winter fuel mix and some saw a 10‑cent drop on Monday, with further decreases expected soon. KXLY
