- ➤ Investigators released nearly 700 pictures from Bryan Kohberger's Pullman apartment that show he left textbooks, graded papers and a fridge full of food after leaving town in mid-December following his November 2022 admission of killing four University of Idaho students—authorities note the items were not linked directly to the victims. - ➤ The Whitman County Library in Colfax is accepting family-friendly Halloween art submissions for an October exhibit in The Libey Gallery. Submissions will be accepted from September 2 to September 20 and two-dimensional works up to 24 x 36 inches will be shown at Halloween Storytime and Spooktacular — an after-hours event for adults on October 11.
