CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Judge Steven Hippler ruled for Bryan Kohberger's trial as he faces charges for fatally stabbing four University of Idaho students, allowing the state to examine his personality without using tests - and granting an extension until May 27 for expert findings while permitting his family to remain in the courtroom. CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ UI spokeswoman Jodi Walker said the country music festival will not return this fall because of financial issues. Past festivals featured acts like Clint Black, Neal McCoy and Craig Morgan. Pullman Radio
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Today, Pullman's Capital Improvement Program Committee is reviewing a six-year plan that retains a third fire station—with design and construction set for 2028 at about $9.5 million—and a new police station planned for nearly $10 million. The plan also calls for remodeling the old city hall for PD offices, and officials confirmed there is no plan to sell that building. Pullman Radio
