- ➤ Pullman Police arrested Victor Villela—a 30-year-old suspect charged with Kidnapping 2nd Degree and Rape 3rd Degree— after receiving a third-party rape report on April 23; officers responded at 6:19 a.m. and booked him at about 2:46 p.m. following a search of his residence in the ongoing investigation. - ➤ Pullman Police arrested 30-year-old Victor Villela for kidnapping and rape after he reportedly raped a victim around 6:15 a.m. Wednesday—officers arrested him at 2:45 p.m. following a search warrant for his home. KXLY
