Palouse Brewing Co. will host a ribbon cutting for its new Taphouse in Colfax Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at 102 North Main Street & the venue was converted from a restaurant incubator, while the original brewery remains in Palouse.

Graham Ike earned the WCC player of the year award for his strong season performance — the accolade was confirmed after the conference’s final game, adding to the local sports achievements.

Allie Jenkin—daughter of late Colfax coach Reece Jenkin—scored 41 points in a state 2B tournament game and received a nomination for Sports Illustrated HS Girls Athlete of the Week; fans can vote until Sunday.

The Lilac City Legends are set to bring pro hoops to INW soon, with plans to announce game schedules and venues that will let local fans enjoy professional basketball.
